The Team Behind the Science
Our R&D department consists of 14 professionals with backgrounds in chemical engineering, materials science, and environmental chemistry. Led by Dr. Wei Liang, who brings over 20 years of experience in carbon materials research, the team works across three core areas: new product development, process optimization, and application testing. In the past year alone, the team has filed three patent applications and developed two new product grades that are now in commercial production.
Current Research Focus
The team is currently focused on developing activated carbon products with enhanced selectivity for emerging contaminants such as PFAS compounds and microplastics. They are also investigating novel activation methods that reduce energy consumption during manufacturing. Another active project explores the use of agricultural waste streams as sustainable raw material sources for activated carbon production.

Team members are encouraged to attend international conferences, publish findings, and collaborate with university research groups.
